Shipping Policy
FREE shipping on all orders anywhere in Canada over $40.
All orders received before 2PM EST are processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will contain your UPS or Purolator tracking number.
Orders of $40 and greater (excluding tax) are shipped free anywhere in Canada using UPS Expedited Service or Purolator. Any orders below this amount (excluding tax) are also shipped Expedited, however, are a flat fee of $10.00.
We ship from our Barrie, Ontario facility. Please be aware we do not offer a same-day delivery service. Delivery times are dependent on UPS and Purolator and can range from 1–10 business days depending on your location. Pawtyanimals.ca takes no responsibility for any delays caused by third-party delivery companies such as UPS or Purolator.
International Shipping Rates
- USA: $20 CAD
- Europe: $25 CAD
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in shipping and vary by country.
