should I supervise my dog while playing with a toy?

We recommend to always monitor your pet while they are playing with any toys. Materials are not edible.

what payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

do you charge in cad dollars?

Yes. All orders are processed in Canadian dollars.

how secure is your site?

All information entered on our site is transmitted using https (SSL). Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

do you store credit card information?

No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed using our payment gateway.

what are your toys made from?

All of our toys are made with non toxic recycled material!

what kind of packaging does pawty animals use?

All of pawty animals packaging is eco friendly! Our toys are kept in biodegredable bags made from cornstarch, and all of our shipping bags and boxes are recylable - even our shipping labels!

where are pawty animal toys manufactured?

Our products are designed in Canada but we currently manufacture in China, taking great care to choose partners who share our values. That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.

why does the tag say recycled material and new material?

Great question! The process for making recycled material actually inturn creates a new recyclable polyester which is why it is technically considered new as well! You can reference our Sustainability page here to read more about how our products are made.

are pawty animal toys machine washable?

Yes, we suggest machine-washing our toys on gentle cycle and hang or lay flat to air dry.

my dog ate some of the material, is it toxic?

All our toys are made with non-toxic materials and are not harmful if ingested. Of course, we always recommend removing the toy if it is damaged and supervise play.

I am a new puppy owner, what do you recommend?

All of our toys are great for dogs of all sizes, so we are sure your new pupper will enjoy any pawty animals toy!

who is pawty animals?

We're fun-lovin' dog lovers based in Toronto who wanted to create more sustainable dog toys. Our goal is to decrease our carbon pawprint while having a heck of a good time. Our toys are both recycled and recyclable, and our RePawpose program also takes other brands' toys and makes them reusable. Learn more about who we are and our impact!

what is your commitment to sustainability?

Our goal is to reverse the environmental impact of consumption by informing people to make better, more conscious decisions for themselves, their fur babies, as well as the planet. To us, this means making products that reflect and respect nature, while educating our amazing customers in the process.

Our Materials: Our materials are all either made from recycled material, biodegradable material, or are able to be recycled. All of our materials are certified and accredited by environmental suppliers and all meet ASTM F963 safety standards.

Our Packaging: Our commitment to planet-friendly materials also extends to our packaging. Because we sell directly to you via our website, we ship all of our products in biodegradable packaging, and use only shipping bags and boxes that can be recycled - even our shipping labels can be recycled!

Our Carbon Pawprint:
We are proud to be in the process of being a carbon neutral company! Being so new, we are still waiting on our certifications – so be patient with us!! But, that is not stopping us in the meantime to do everything we can to eliminate our products’ carbon pawprint. By using only recycled material for our toys, we are reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfill.

End of Life: When a customer returns a pawty animals toy that their dog was not too keen on, we donate them to rescues across Canada. We are growing our database of partner rescues, so if you have a recommendation of a Rescue, please email kara@pawtyanimals.ca to add them to our ever growing list!

what is the Rescue of the month program?

pawty animals rescue of the month is connecting with rescues all across Canada to feature dogs up for adoption on our website and social media pages. We want to give rescues another platform to show off their amazing pups who need a home and may be struggling to get adopted. See dogs up for adoption here.

what is the RePawpose Program?

pawty animals RePawpose program is where customers can add a free recyclable bag to their order, then send us back their old used toys, we will clean and fix them up, and donate them to rescues across Canada! You can read more about it here: https://pawtyanimals.ca/pages/repawpose-program

what kind of toys do you take?

We will take any dog or cat toy, even if the toy is in rough shape. We have a team of great sewers who are ready and excited to fix up any old or unused toys.

what level of damage to a toy will you still take?

As long as the toy isn't in a million pieces and is still fixable, we will gladly take them and fix the toys right up to give them a new life for a rescue pup out there. One dog’s old toy is another dog’s new joy!

where do I drop off the recycled bag of old dog toys?

The RePawpose bags will come with a prepaid label, and can fit into most Canada Post Deposit Bins. You can find the closest bins near you by clicking here.

If the bag is too big, please feel free to drop the bag off at your nearest Canada Post location.

what Rescues do you send the old toys to?

We are constantly growing our database of Rescues across Canada, and are welcoming our amazing customers to please refer any rescue you have in mind so we can help as many rescue doggos as we can! If you are a rescue or would like to refer a rescue, please send us a request at support@pawtyanimals.ca

Shipping & Delivery

how much is shipping?

Orders of $50 and greater (excluding tax) are shipped free anywhere in Canada using Canada Posts Expedited Service. Any orders below this amount (excluding tax) are also shipped Expedited, however are subject to shipping charges which are calculated at the checkout.

how long will it take to receive my order?

All orders received before 2PM EST are processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will contain your Canada Post tracking number.

We ship from our Barrie, Ontario facility. Please be aware we do not offer a same day delivery service. Delivery times will be completely dependent on Canada Post. Delivery can be between 1 - 10 days depending on delivery location. PawtyAnimals.ca takes no responsibility for any delays caused by 3rd party delivery companies such as Canada Post.

what company will be shipping my products?

where is my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have any questions about where your order is currently at prior to receiving this email, please make sure to check your Profile, Recent Orders and select the most recent order to check the status.

why isn't my tracking working?

You receive your tracking number as soon as Canada Post collects your package, however you won't see the tracking details until the first scan which can take up to 24 hours.

what if I need to cancel or change my order?

You can make changes or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Keep in mind we do process orders quickly due to our same day shipping policy.

what if I need to change my shipping address after my order is placed?

As long as your order hasn't been processed yet we can change the address.

what happens if my package gets lost?

If Canada Post misplaces your order we will need to reach out to them and created an investigation ticket. This process normally takes about 2 weeks depending how busy they are. If they are unable to find your order we will send you a new one.

do you ship outside of canada?

Since we are a Canadian made business, at this time we only ship within Canada.

do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.

Unfortunately we do not as we are entirely online business, but rest assured that someone will always respond to you through our chat, contact us page, email, or social media channels!
