pawtyanimals.ca truly appreciates your business and support, as a small business it means the world to us! We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand sometimes people (and pups!) change their minds.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, so please email us at support@pawtyanimals.ca if you wish to send back your purchase.
