Shipping Policy

FREE shipping on all orders anywhere in Canada over $40.

All orders received before 2PM EST are processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will contain your Canada Post tracking number.

Orders of $40 and greater (excluding tax) are shipped free anywhere in Canada using Canada Posts Expedited Service. Any orders below this amount (excluding tax) are also shipped Expedited, however are subject to shipping charges which are calculated at checkout.

We ship from our Barrie, Ontario facility. Please be aware we do not offer a same day delivery service. Delivery times will be completely dependent on Canada Post. Delivery can be between 1 - 10 days depending on delivery location. pawtyanimals.ca takes no responsibility for any delays caused by 3rd party delivery companies such as Canada Post.
